: We realize that your pets are part of the family too. We welcome 2 pets per home with no weight restirctions. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet and our pet rent is $25 per month per pet. We are pet friendly however, we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
